We live abroad and wanted "Call Barring" activated on our landline back home in Sri Lanka. We sent an email to the Manager at the SLT RTO Nugegoda and his secretary, Badya, forwarded it to the relevant section promptly, who activated the service.
When back home for a holiday, we visited the office to deactivate Call Barring, to use during our visit and the SLT staff at the Nugegoda Branch acted very professionally and attended to it instantly. The staff were very friendly, too. At the end of our holiday, all I needed was to send an email to activate Call Barring, once again, and was attended to promptly.
Kudos to the Manager, his secretary Badya and all the staff at SLT RTO Nugegoda.
